A tasting only cost $4 and you get to keep the glass
After tasting the whites we bought a bottle and headed outside for a picnic, it was SOOOO HOT! Look at Adams face, after our picnic we went back inside to enjoy the AC and finish tasting the reds.
I would love a garden like this, I feel like it looks like something Martha would grow.
We ended our trip in downtown Charlottesville in the historic mall area. After lunch we made sure to visit Splendora's for a painters palate of gelato. Aimee was in heaven:)
We then ventured down the street to find the famous Magnolia Bakery and to do a little window shopping, Ovando, a hip cool floral shop immediately caught my eye. I wish you could see the whole shop better but the lady was giving me the evil eye when I started taking photos.
When we arrived at Magnolia Bakery we were greeted by a line wrapped around the corner, instead of waiting we took a quick look at the ladies hand making them and then moved on.
Thinking we would save time we hopped in a cab to get to Room and Board, the driver had no idea where he was going, Ranchel almost asked him to pull over so we could get out. Here is a great photo to capture the moment. You know it's bad when a real New Yorker freaks out... look at her face!!!!
One of my favorite things R&B does are these wall collages. I wish I could afford to do this, Chris and Ranchel did the math they said one wall was around $800 just for the frames.
I thought I would share with everyone my new Internet obsession, the website TripIt. Chris introduced this site to me awhile back and I thought it was a bit silly. I now don't think I can go on a trip without it. I've been imputing all our trips since April and it now shows that I've traveled a total of 5,695 miles, 17 days and to 13 cities, How cool is that!!!!

If you are vertically challenged like myself than you will love the Japanese Soho store, UniQlo. I have visited this store a few times on my previous trips to NY but I just found out on Sunday while shopping with my friend Ranchel a great secret, they hem all pants for FREE, full price or on sale. And they guarantee it will be done within 24 hours, how amazing is that!! Today I am sporting a new pair that I bought on Sunday that they hemmed for me in less than 2 hours! Also, just because it’s in Soho doesn’t mean its ubber expensive, they have great affordable prices and it’s a great place to shop for the basics, like as seen in the photo, t-shirts and sweaters in every color.

Tonight I will be heading down to Virginia Beach for a girls weekend with some college friends. This prompted me to run out on Thursday night and buy a new bathing suit. But you won’t find me looking at Bikinis, too much of my “cream” skin showing sometimes scares people away so I prefer to cover up a bit more. I had a very difficult time finding one pieces that didn’t look like something my mom would wear. Here are a few from JCREW that are simple yet so classy and I wish I had planned ahead more and bought some of these.

(If I looked like these girls I would wear a bikini)
