What a weekend

This weekend I worked the hardest I have ever worked and had the most fun doing it. Our friends Jason and Grace got married on Saturday in Minneapolis and gave me the opportunity to arrange all the flowers. I have never taken on a task this challenging and I would like to thank all the people that helped me make it happen.

First thank you to the bride for trusting me. Grace you ROCK!
Second to my husband who worked his tail off removing thorns, lugging buckets, cleaning up spilled water, unwrapping callas, driving like a maniac to the church and of course dealing with me.

Thank you to Aimee for stuffing all 50 Calla Lilies with cotton balls. You go girl. To Adam for perfectly putting floral foam in the altar arrangement pots and making a perfect ball out of floral foam for the flower girl. (even if you didn't do it my way)

Thank you to Rosesource.com for providing beautiful flowers at an affordable price and to Marriott for letting me keep them in their walk in cooler until I arrived at the hotel.

Thank you Armin DeFiesta for being an awesome guy and photographer and taking photos of my flowers, I can't wait to see them all!!! Here are a few photos from his blog.

Here are a few quick snap shots I took of the flowers. I wish I had taken more but I was so frantically busy I really didn't have time. I will post more when I get the professional ones from Armin.
