i pass right by there each morning as well and never noticed these tulips! I'l have to look more closely tonight!
These tulips are planted in Washington Circle, which is on my way to and from the Metro. We are moving offices next week and I will no longer pass by this circle, I really hope that by Friday they will be in full bloom.
